Start by browsing our carefully selected collection of products. When you see something you like, click the "add to cart" button. This will keep the selected items together until you are ready to check out. You can review the items in your basket by clicking the "view cart" button. This will take you to a page where you can add or remove items from your shopping cart at any time. Your account will not be billed until your order has been delivered.

Alternative Ordering Option
We have provided alternate options to ordering other than through our secure server. You can forward your order by fax, telephone or mail. Just go to our How To Order page for further details.

Payment - Yourbaby is a Visa Preferred site.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. All transactions are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars).

Cheques and money orders are accepted but must be forwarded to us prior to the order being shipped.

Privacy Policy
We want you to feel comfortable when you are buying our products. Any personal information you supply us with when placing your order is for our internal use only. We will never give or sell your name, mailing address, email address or any other personal information to anyone.

Security Policy
Our secure server uses 128-bit SSL encryption ensuring the highest security of your credit card details and personal information. Once we have processed your order the records are removed from our server. The only information we keep are receipts for banking records and these are kept in a secure location.

Free Gift Wrapping
If your purchase is to be forwarded directly onto another party as a gift, let us know in the comments section when placing your order. We will gift wrap and include gift tag with your personalised message before forwarding the order.

Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are available in AUD$25, AUD$50, AUD$75 or AUD$100 dollar amounts, hand signed with your name and sent free of charge to your nominated recipient. Please note that the shipping charge will apply for delivery of goods and will be reflected on your credit card statement at the same time as the cost of the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Delivery Times
We endeavour to dispatch most items within 24 - 48 hours from the day you placed your order, however some items ,may take a little bit longer if we run out of stock or if it made to order and may take up to two weeks. If you require your order in a hurry just let us know and we will do our best to get it to you in the shortest time possible.

Postage and Packaging
We have scaled our rates so that if you order a small item such as a bib you are not paying the same as if you order a larger and more expensive item. We appreciate that you may want to try out our service before committing to a larger order.

Returns
Here at Yourbaby, our returns and refund policy is in accordance with the Department of Fair Trading (NSW). Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for products if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. There are strictly NO refunds for items which have been opened or damaged (including damaged/soiled packaging). Any goods that are returned for refund or exchange must be returned in original condition (package unopened or damaged), within 14 days, along with the reason for the return. Refunds and exchanging of goods is at the discretion of management. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product or if a product is faulty. For details or explanation please call our head office on 1300 651 926.

As soon as we receive your order we will send you an e-mail to let you know your order number as well as a dispatch date. You can use this number if you have any queries regarding your order.
