- Help your child select a theme for
his/her party.
- Decide on the number of guests and
make a guest list.
- Choose a Date and Time for the party.
(Check that close friends will be available before deciding).

to order your Deluxe Themed Party Box.
- Book entertainer if required.

Weeks Ahead
- Send out the party invitations.
- Keep a list of guests by the telephone
for RSVP's.
- Discuss and choose on 4-6 party
games/activities.
- Collect prizes and items needed
for the games & activities.
- Decide on the food being served.
- Order the cake if necessary.
- Arrange any helpers you may need
on the party day.

Week Ahead
- Try out any games/activities, which
are unfamiliar and decide which order they will be played.
- Confirm any entertainment that has
been booked.
- If required order helium tank for
your balloons.

Days Before
- Contact any guests who have not
replied.
- Shop for the party food, don’t forget
any adults who may be coming.
- Buy candles for the cake.
- Buy lollies for the lolly bags.
- Check camera, buy film if required
and charge battery for video camera.
- Allow siblings to invite a friend
over for the day so they do not feel left out.

The
Day Before
- Clean up the party area and ensure
no dangerous items are left lying around.
- Pick up birthday cake or make it
yourself.
- Check with the birthday child and
make sure they are happy with all of the arrangements.

The
Party's Today!
- Don’t forget to include your children
wherever you can when setting up.
- Set up decorations and table.
- Put candles in cake and have matches
on hand.
- Fill balloons with helium and tie
a bunch to your letterbox/front fence.
- Fill lolly bags.
- Ensure all activities are ready
to go and prizes arranged.
- Consider putting any pets away from
the areas guests will be in.
- Get food/drinks ready.
- Have a great party and enjoy yourself!!!
